We recognize the dignity of every person living with dementia, and empower them to play an active role in planning their own future care. We see the heartache this disease inflicts on families, and we’re here to give them the support and knowledge they need to become strong care partners – and to find joy in even the darkest moments. And we’re working to make Alzheimer’s a disease of the past, by connecting people to clinical trials and funding research for a cure.
