Join us, and at the top of every hour, you’ll learn why people with dementia wander and practical tips to reduce the risk of wandering. The Sheriff’s Department will also share Take Me Home program success stories! You will have a chance to ask your questions directly to Alzheimer’s San Diego staff and the Sheriff’s Department.
Anyone is welcome to join at any time during the 4 hours. The presentation will begin in Spanish at 1pm. During this time there will also be assistance available to help with enrollment to the program.
