At the core of the free services we offer at Alzheimer’s San Diego are our community dementia education classes. We’ve gradually expanded into more communities around the county in order to reach areas that didn’t previously have as much support.
These classes are meant for anyone affected by memory loss, including caregivers, family members, friends, community members, and more. With offerings in-person and online, we attempt to make this education accessible for all San Diegans who can benefit. Here we list all of the different classes we offer throughout the year, and categorize them to help you decide what to attend based on your situation. Full descriptions of each class and the upcoming schedules are available here.
