Alzheimer’s San Diego’s 2025 Events
This year’s Visionary event took place at the lovely Coasterra in Harbor Island, where our generous Visionaries raised over $200,000, a record for this event. We were lucky to honor the beloved Marcella Lee, who’s been a longtime advocate during her time as a CBS Channel 8 News Anchor. Read the full recap & view photos >

At our annual research forum, eight of Southern California’s most respected dementia researchers gathered virtually to answer your questions about the progress happening behind the scenes of ongoing clinical trials and other research topics making headlines. Among subjects discussed were drugs on the market for early-stage memory loss, and how federal budget cuts can affect Alzheimer’s disease research. Watch the full forum & view a recap >

The 2025 Rides4ALZ took place this past summer with around 190 participants as they rode through the county and met up for the after party at AleSmith Brewing. More than $110,000 was raised and San Diego Harley-Davidson Owners (HOG) was our top fundraising team, raising over $3,700 for San Diegans in need! View the recap & photos >

Walk4ALZ is always a wonderful time at Balboa Park, and this year we had over a thousand people in attendance walking for their loved ones – led by the Walk4ALZ 2025 Mascot, Turbo. Over $390,000 was raised, with the top team, The Men Remember, raising over $108,000 themselves. Read about the event & view photos >
